In March 2021,MEDHOST has launched a role-based eLearning solution for its customers, MEDHOST Learning Essentials, from MEDHOST University. MEDHOST announced its plan to add more analytics capabilities to its portal product YourCareCommunity, a SaaS-based healthcare engagement application that has been licensed at more than 200 facilities. Analytics will be added to its physician portal, a payer portal, and an enterprise master patient index. With already more than 300 healthcare organizations and touching more than six million patients, YourCareUniverse helps hospitals improve clinical and operational processes, and engage customers in an increasingly consumer-centric and value-based environment. At the front-end of the YourCareUniverse solution is YourCareEverywhere (YCE), a health and wellness website providing healthcare consumers access to personalized content, a Wellness Portal with health device integration, and a mobile application.
MEDHOST introduced an enhanced Mobile Medication Administration app and showcase new branding and consumer relationship management (CRM) tools available with YourCareUniverse patient portal and YourCareEverywhere, a premier health and wellness site. MEDHOST will also introduce an enhanced Mobile Medication Administration app, which is an iOS app that provides access to MEDHOST's electronic medication record (eMAR) using a handheld mobile device.
MEDHOST Risks and Challenges
After a string of acquisitions, HealthTech has left the properties – HMS, Medhost, and Patient Logic – operating as semi-autonomous operating units. That could change when the company starts developing new marketing programs to drive greater synergy across the units in order to win more business from standalone hospitals and integrated delivery networks nationwide. Recently HealthTech started using Xactly sales performance applications to manage compensation initiatives across its growing subsidiaries, suggesting a greater emphasis on their collective sales capabilities.

In July 2019, MEDHOST Inc. partnered with Trinisys LLC.
