In February 2021, Medius signed a partnership with consulting and digital services specialists INTM Group. The agreement allows INTM Group to sell, distribute and implement Medius’ simple-to-use, cloud-based and cost-effective spend management solutions to its portfolio of customers in France and Belgium. The deal also allows Medius to hire INTM Group as a subcontractor for organizations with a global presence, that require subsidiaries to be trained in French.

In June 2020, Medius launched MediusGo to the United States market. MediusGo is the entry version of Medius’ AP invoice automation offering, designed to support SME businesses by enabling efficiency and control throughout the entire accounts payable process.

Medius AB Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In September 2017, Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm completed the acquisition of Medius. The acquisition will enable Medius to further accelerate its ongoing global expansion and continue investing in its cloud-based solutions for accounts payable automation.

Medius AB Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions

In August 2021, Medius announced that its integration software for its AP Automation solution has achieved SAP certification as integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The spend management provider has proven its software can integrate with SAP solutions to offer customers a rapid implementation enabling a fast return on investments.

In November 2019, Medius acquired Wax Digital, a procurement solutions provider headquartered in the U.K. The acquisition of Wax transforms Medius from an accounts payable focused solution into a product suite with full source-to-pay (S2P) capabilities. The combined company will allow current and future customers to generate increased automation, visibility and control across the entire purchasing process.

Columbus, a services consulting company sells and deploys the MediusFlow Accounts Payable (AP) automation solution to its customers globally. In November 2019, Columbus UK and Medius have agreed on an action plan to further shape this collaboration and expand the presence of MediusFlow on the UK market
