After a series of restructuring measures and ownership changes, MYOB has put its focus back on its home base – selling ERP and accounting packages to small and midsized businesses in Australia and New Zealand. MYOB Advanced is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed for mid-to-large companies. The innovative cloud product complements MYOB’s existing EXO solution – the established on-premise leader in the mid-range market. The introduction of MYOB Advanced now expands MYOB’s suite of solutions for mid – sized businesses to three; MYOB Advanced, MYOB EXO and MYOB PayGlobal. Since 2010 MYOB has delivered a number of significant online innovations that use the power of the cloud to make it easier to do more business. MYOB Essentials - MYOB's simplest accounting solution ever, offering easy online accounting from less than $1 a day; MYOB AccountRight – A fully-featured accounting solution which delivers a wide range of functionality including accounting, inventory, payroll, job-costing, time-billing and more; and MYOB Atlas, a website builder & ecommerce solution. Launched in April 2015, MYOB Portal reached a new milestone today with 10,000 client portals created. MYOB Portal is an online collaboration platform for the accounting industry. The client portal enables accountants to transfer documents securely with their clients through MYOB’s practice solutions, Accountants Office (AO) and Accountants Enterprise (AE). MYOB released its 2017 financial results with record online subscriber growth of 60 percent, driven by new small business customer wins and increasing online migration reaching a total of 399,000 subscribers at the end of 2017. Number of cloud users at MYOB was 170,000 in 2015, up from 116,000 in 2014 & 64,000 in 2013. It remains one of the biggest enterprise applications vendors in the region and its huge installed base in ANZ will allow it to grow, while capturing incremental revenues from a new class of Cloud-based customers. In March 2018 MYOB launched of MYOB Advisor, a unique artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tool designed to revolutionise the way accountants and bookkeepers advise their clients. MYOB Advisor is integrated into the platform that partners currently use and turns data into written sentences to simply explain business performance.
