Partech Recent Developments
In October 2021, Grubbrr, a provider of self-ordering solutions, teamed with ParTech. The integration between the companies will enable restaurants and other retailers to create customized systems that leverage Grubbrr's solution to drive incremental revenue, decrease operating costs and provide a better customer experience.
To achieve this integration, Grubbrr implemented a self-ordering kiosk that exchanges data with the Brink POS. Grubbrr software shows menu items previously pulled from the Brink POS system and allows customers to make and pay orders at the kiosk and then send the completed order to the Brink POS.
In March 2020 ParTech introduced PARk it, an online-ordering platform utilizing QR codes and Brink POS software to convert a restaurant into a self-order kiosk/drive-in without any additional hardware.
PARk it, allows restaurant operators to create QR codes that connect customers to the restaurant’s online menu using their phone. Customers can order menu items, pay with their existing payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Cards without signing up, or downloading an app. It’s a flexible solution for restaurants and a frictionless experience for customers. Their order can either be taken to their vehicle or prepared for in-store pickup in a way that adheres to current social distancing mandates and is safe for staff and customers.
In July 2019, ParTechu launched the integration of PixelPoint POS software to the next-generation Guestline cloud Property Management System (PMS). Available globally as a subscription or perpetual license, PAR PixelPoint POS software is deployed in over 12,000 locations and designed for use in all restaurant concepts, providing an open core-POS solution, with over 200 integrations worldwide.
In November 2018, ParTech launched PAR IoT. The PAR IoT solution is an advanced cloud-based system that enables 24×7 remote monitoring of key capital investments with near real-time alerting for temperature failures and power disruptions. The system components consist of various sensors that collect crucial data, gateways to transfer data to Cloud Servers, and a web portal for system setup, reporting, and alerting for action when specific programmable states exist. The solution ensures critical temperatures are regularly captured and monitored in kitchens, serving areas, storage, and holding areas.
In November 2018, PAR Technology and Monkey Group formed a strategic partnership for Growing Off-Premise Market representing MonkeyMedia Software, The Catering Institute, and Off-Premise Insights. The partnership gives users of PAR’s cloud-based Brink POS Software additional software, training, and data resources to better serve takeout, delivery, and catering clients.
Partech's restaurant and retail apps revenues posted high single-digit growth over the past two quarters with considerable traction among tier-1 quick-service restaurants."

Partech Risks and Challenges
Consumers’ priorities will change because of the current crisis, and center more around health, family life, food, and living spaces. Changes in habits because of Covid-19 could boost demand for things like micro-mobility, robotics in the food industry, and virtual reality — all sectors that were previously underperforming relative to expectations and were being given the cold shoulder by a lot of investors as a result.
Partech Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI
In June 2020 ParTech has joined forces with Techknow, a multi-sensor drive-thru management solution company, to offer drive-thru timers and wireless communication systems to quick-serve (QSR) and fast-casual restaurants. Techknow timer solutions use multiple sensors that can track the time and progress of vehicles from many different lane configurations, giving restaurant operators flexibility and access to real-time business intelligence. Combined with multiple methods of vehicle detection, a long lifespan, and ParTech’s dedicated service team, this all-in-one drive-thru package gives QSRs and fast-casual restaurants a competitive edge.

These new partnerships will allow its current and future customers to continue to use best in class partners and applications to strengthen their technology stacks.
