In April 2020, Quorum Software (Quorum) started its expansion of Rapid Deployments, along with a new customer support model to support the adoption of faster, cloud-based software deployments by enterprise oil and gas companies. In June 2019 Quorum Software, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company has acquired Dallas-based Archeio Technologies, the leading provider of oil and gas document classification and smart search technology. The acquisition expands and strengthens Quorum's industry-leading software and services with a cloud-based document management tool built to make oil and gas operations more secure, agile and compliant. Quorum provides integrated solutions for its customers' core processing demands across the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the oil and gas value chain. The company's portfolio of innovative software addresses a broad spectrum of energy companies' needs, from operations to accounting, plant management, and financial forecasting. In March 2016, Quorum acquired ePrime from Retama Resources, LLC. A Texas-based business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider, ePrime offered complete upstream oil and gas accounting and administrative services powered by Quorum software. The acquisition of ePrime augments Quorum's BPO services for the midstream oil and gas industry to include comprehensive BPO services for upstream.
