In December 2021 Sisense unveiled Sisense Notebooks, a code-first functionality for advanced analytics using SQL and Python. Notebooks enables data analysts to query data from any data source, visualize results in custom charts, and take their analytics efforts further using procedural code before visualization, within a single platform for both in-depth analysis and BI that preserves data security and integrity.
In December 2021 Sisense introduced the beta version of an integration with Git to enable software developers and product teams to manage the lifecycle of their dashboards and codes, designed to further operationalize and scale analytics across the enterprise. The feature will be fully integrated in 2022.
In November of 2021 Sisense Community BETA was launched as a platform for Sisense users to connect and collaborate with other Sisense users, obtain solutions and answers to questions, share best practices, and grow their expertise in Sisense and analytics.
In July 2021, Sisense released the Sisense Extense Framework, which provides users access to actionable intelligence inside apps including Slack, Salesforce and Google, transforming how they work. Sisense Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

Sisense Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In January 2020, Sisense, received a funding round of over $100 million, continuing to power its market-leading growth and rapid customer adoption. This funding will accelerate innovation and scale across the globe, and values Sisense at over $1 billion. Insight Venture Partners led the round. Also participating is new investor Access Industries (via its Israeli vehicle Claltech), who was joined by existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, DFJ Growth, and others. The new funding will bolster the company’s sales, marketing and development efforts to increase market share, and accelerate investment in its platform.
