In April 2020, TenantCloud and Rentler joined forces to help every landlord and tenant out there. There are a lot of people who are looking to be connected. Two companies have joined forces to release a new product called Rentler Leads that pairs available tenants with landlords. With Rentler Leads, tenants who would usually spend countless hours looking for the right rental can now set up their preferences and have their contact info sent directly to landlords.

In July 2020, TenantCloud partnered with TransUnion to create more transparency between businesses and consumers by securely providing credit and public record data reports directly to landlords. With the newest addition of screenings powered by TransUnion, landlords will be able to get a more accurate picture of who is moving in through verified credit scores and nationwide eviction records.

In January 2018, TenantCloud partnered with Assurant, the leading provider of Renters Insurance. Now TenantCloud users can help tenants to require Renters Insurance.
