In March 2022 Zebra Technologies launched its full suite of Reflexis solutions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) beginning with Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). To spearhead the rollout of Reflexis across APAC, Zebra Technologies has appointed its Sales Vice President for ANZ, Tom Christodoulou as the APAC Lead for Zebra’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. In addition to Reflexis, Zebra’s SaaS portfolio in APAC also includes: Workforce Connect: a communication and collaboration platform that provides a powerful voice and messaging features on mobile devices which connect and empower front-line workers. VisibilityIQTM Foresight: a cloud-based software solution providing easy access to business intelligence on Zebra devices so organizations can leverage the most from their assets, workers, and daily tasks.

Following its launch in Australia & New Zealand, Zebra’s SaaS-based Reflexis solution will soon become available in other key APAC markets.

In October 2021 Zebra Technologies introduced the industry’s most comprehensive picking solution to help businesses improve their fulfillment operations. The fulfillment solution consists of three new autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) - FlexShelf, FlexShelf Guide, and RollerTop Guide - and a new FetchCore fulfillment software package for order or batch picking. In June 2022 Zebra Technologies expanded its service center through service partners in Vietnam to support the growth in local demand for printers.
