In April 2021 Access launched its new legal software division, Access Legal, promising to help the UK’s most ambitious law firms achieve their potential through a powerful suite of technology. In 2020, Access Group has responded to the Covid-19 pandemic with the launch of a new cloud-based CRM to help smaller charities function remotely. Access NFP CRM is designed to help charities manage service delivery, fundraising, and communications as they navigate the challenges presented by Covid-19. The Access Group‘s Access NFP CRM can be up and running within days, and, like a CRM, the system removes the need for spreadsheets and time spent on emailing and admin tasks. Access Group Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In January 2024, Access Hospitality, a division of The Access Group, acquired Wireless Social, the UK’s leading provider of guest Wi-Fi, analytics and marketing solutions.

On 7 September 2023, Access Group acquired Diversely, enhancing its inclusive recruitment capabilities. On 17 August 2023, it expanded its Health, Support, and Care (HSC) division with the acquisition of Oysta Technology Ltd. Additionally, on 11 July 2023, Access Hospitality acquired both Guestline and ResDiary, strengthening its presence in the hotel operations and management software market.

Access completed 20 acquisitions in FY22, complementing the company’s strong organic growth performance. Each acquisition expanded the portfolio of capabilities for their end market or region. During the fiscal year 2021 The Access Group completed 18 acquisitions which have contributed to the company’s accelerated growth.
