Dalet Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In 2019, Dalet acquired the Ooyala Flex Media Platform business. The acquired includes: Ooyala Flex Media Platform, as well as Ooyala personnel across sales, marketing, engineering, professional services, and support. In March 2018, Dalet Introduced Dalet Galaxy five at NAB 2018.
