Protex AI specializes in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to empower proactive organizations by enhancing their visibility into unsafe behaviors within their facilities. This partnership indicates a strategic move by Intelex to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into its EHSQ management solutions, potentially offering clients advanced capabilities for identifying and mitigating risks related to workplace safety and compliance.

Intelex Technologies Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In June 2019 Intelex has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Industrial Scientific, a global leader in connected sensing technology and safety-as-a-service and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortive Corporation. Intelex was acquired from JMI Equity and HarbourVest for approximately $570M USD. The acquisition brings together the strengths of EHSQ technologies to deliver on the promise of connected environmental, health and safety, and quality with a future vision of eliminating worker deaths.
