During 2023, Medius secured notable customer wins with White Stuff and Penta Building Group. White Stuff, seeking to enhance efficiency and transparency within its finance department, opted for Medius's AP Automation solution. Recognizing the seamless integration capabilities of Medius's "plug-and-play" solution with White Stuff's ERP system, the company chose to replace manual processes with this advanced automation solution.
Similarly, the PENTA Building Group made the decision to implement Medius Pay to automate its existing manual payment system. This strategic move was driven by PENTA's goal to establish a streamlined, end-to-end process for its 500-plus vendors. The choice to adopt Medius Pay stemmed from PENTA's need to address inefficiencies in its previous system, characterized by a lack of transparency and frequent occurrences of lost and delayed payments.
Some of Medius's customer wins are Ahlsell, Fritz Hansen, and Viking Line. Some other customers include Tikkurila, Marc Jacobs, LUSH, SoftwareONE, Victaulic, Reily Foods, Duni, Briggs, Mowi, Dynapac, Rejmes, Fluiconnecto, and many more.

Medius AB Risks and Challenges
Significant risk for AP automation companies is the challenge of achieving seamless integration with diverse enterprise systems. Many businesses operate on a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, and ensuring smooth integration between AP automation software and these systems can be complex. Incompatibility issues, differing data structures, or evolving software versions may lead to integration challenges, resulting in operational disruptions, delayed implementations, and increased costs.
This risk can impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the AP automation solution, potentially causing dissatisfaction among clients and hindering the company's ability to deliver on promised benefits. AP automation companies need to invest in robust integration capabilities, provide adequate support for different ERP systems, and stay abreast of evolving technologies to mitigate this integration-related risk successfully.
