TeamSystem S.p.A. completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in TeamSystem 10 S.r.l., a reseller of TeamSystem software for businesses, accountants, and consultants. Additionally, in January 2022, TeamSystem S.p.A. acquired a 100% controlling interest in Storeden S.r.l., specializing in developing and selling e-commerce software. Further, in April 2022, TeamSystem S.p.A. obtained a controlling interest (100%) in I TReview S.r.l., a company focused on business intelligence solutions.
During June 2022, TeamSystem S.p.A. augmented its stake in Ciaomanager S.r.l., acquiring an additional 36% interest, resulting in TeamSystem holding a controlling interest of 51% in Ciaomanager. Ciaomanager specializes in developing SaaS cloud software solutions for hotels and other innovative software solutions utilizing artificial intelligence, with a put and call option agreement for the remaining 49%.

In pursuit of its ongoing efforts to streamline and simplify its organizational and corporate framework, TeamSystem Group finalized a series of corporate mergers in 2022. Furthermore, TeamSystem BK was absorbed into TeamSystem Service, with the effective date for accounting and tax purposes set retroactively to 1 January 2022.
Moreover, TeamSystem S.p.A. expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of 100% interest in CZ Informatica S.r.l., SIA S.r.l., and Algoritmi S.r.l., all resellers of TeamSystem software. In January 2022, TeamSystem Financial Value Chain established FIN-MD-TECH, a company specializing in credit brokerage services, in which it holds a 100% stake.
