In September 2021, Alemba Service Manager v10 has achieved PinkVERIFY ITIL v4 certification for a further 3 practices: Service Configuration Management, IT Asset Management and Service Catalog Management. As of 1 April 2019, vFire is Alemba Service Manager. This change has been made to better align the product with Alemba’s corporate identity and will not affect existing customers. It's latest major release, Alemba Service Manager v10, delivers 100% of its features on a HTML platform for the first time, allowing users to access the tool from any modern web browser.
