Axway acquired 100% of the share capital of Streamdata.io, a software publisher based in France and the United States specializing in the real-time data distribution. Streamdata.io brings two important additions to Axway’s AMPLIFY. The second is a methodology for the digital transformation journey designed around full lifecycle API adoption and maturity.

With organic growth of 66%, the Subscription activity generated revenue of $112.2 million in 2020. The activity accounted for 33% of Axway’s revenue. While the acquisition of new customers accelerated, the company continued to benefit from its existing customer base, which, in turn, is accelerating its migration to the most flexible contractual models. Sales performance confirmed this trend, as it was demonstrated by the signing of new Subscription contracts with an annual contract value (ACV) of $16.4 million during the first half of 2021, up 40.6% year-on-year. Axway Risks and Challenges
The switch to the Subscription-based model, which has been very successful, also generated a decline in the organic growth of License revenue. Furthermore, Services revenue was affected by a certain contextual slowdown in projects due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and continued to suffer from the decline in License sales. The risks that are most likely to impact the business in the coming years are the rapidly changing developments in the economic environment and the risk of new disruptions worldwide.
Axway Syncplicity's collaboration capabilities are limited and mostly available through Office 365 integration for collaborative editing.
