In September 2021, Black Knight launched LoanCatcher, an innovative, easy-to-use loan origination system (LOS) designed specifically for the needs of mortgage brokers. Entirely cloud-based, LoanCatcher gives brokers affordable access to the same level of technology leveraged by the nation's largest and most successful lenders. Any internet-connected device can access the browser-based system, so that brokers can focus on their business and borrowers. Black Knight Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In July 2021, Black Knight, software, data and analytics provider to the mortgage and consumer loan, real estate and capital markets verticals, completed its acquisition of Top of Mind Networks (Top of Mind). Top of Mind is the creator of Surefire, a mortgage industry-specific customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation system.

Earlier this year, In March 2021, the analytics behemoth acquired a cloud-based loan origination system from NexSpring Financial in an effort to expand its broker product offerings.

In November 2021, Black Knight's Optimal Blue PPE has been enhanced to add support for construction-only and construction-to-permanent loans.
