Bringg Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
Bringg is a cloud platform that connects, automates and orchestrates supply chain technology, people and providers, making innovative delivery and fulfilment models accessible and valuable to everyone.
Bringg Recent Developments
In May 2022, Bringg updated "Bringg (Formerly Zenkraft): Multi Carrier Shipping, Same Day Delivery & Returns", the most comprehensive delivery and fulfillment solution native to the Salesforce ecosystem, on Salesforce AppExchange. With Bringg's recent acquisition of Zenkraft, leading parcel delivery and returns solution provider native to Salesforce, Bringg is the only provider to offer a cross-cloud last-mile delivery model to Salesforce customers. The Bringg offering gives visibility and control, which includes parcel shipping, same-day delivery, post-purchase experience, and returns management.
In November 2021, Bringg scaled up its third-party delivery solution – the ‘Bringg Delivery Hub’. With consumers demanding different delivery options with faster delivery times, all free of charge, retailers need to swiftly increase delivery capacity, gain more visibility into their third-party delivery operations and maintain full control of the end consumer’s delivery experience. The Bringg Delivery Hub’s new functionality enables retailers to build and manage personalized delivery provider networks while maintaining full ownership of the data, relationships and contracting terms. Retailers can now manage third-party delivery providers as a natural extension of their business at every delivery touchpoint. Additionally, delivery provider performance data can be leveraged for continuous optimization and delivery process improvement.
Bringg Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In February 2022, Bringg acquired Zenkraft, Salesforce’s leading parcel and return delivery solution. The synthesis of these offerings will imbue Zenkraft’s parcel and return delivery with Bringg’s unified, open and connected delivery network to enable a diversified array of delivery models. Both companies have experienced rapid growth alongside the recent e-commerce boom, and this merger will bring out the best in their complementary solutions. Retailers will ultimately be able to deliver a differentiated last-mile delivery experience that meets their customer demand and drives brand differentiation.

Bringg Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
Launched in 2013, the Tel Aviv-based startup raised $30 million in a Series D funding round last year, led by Viola Growth, with previous investors Next47, Salesforce, OG Tech Ventures and GLP. The company has raised $84.5 million to date.
In December 2021, Bringg partnered with Blue Yonder, a leading digital supply chain and omnichannel commerce fulfilment provider, to converge its capabilities. The partnership aims to shorten the time to market of introducing seamless omnichannel consumer experiences from the order through to delivery, by providing retailers and logistics providers with capabilities to transform their logistics operations.
The upsurge in e-commerce growth has increased consumer demand for instant and exceptional online shopping and physical delivery experiences. Meeting this demand requires each element of the supply chain to be seamlessly connected and orchestrated. Understanding the business impact and risk upfront via accurate demand planning and projections enables thoughtful planning and operational precision when managing the movement of inventory from the manufacturer to warehouses, stores, and finally the end consumer.
