Gtreasury Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

GTreasury has steadily expanded its treasury platform through deeper integration of its real-time cash management and risk analytics workflows – including growing its leadership around AI in treasury management, adding predictive forecasting analytics and a real-time banking API, and nurturing an ever-broader partner ecosystem. The 30-year-old company has continued to innovate its Software-as-a-Service platform for corporate treasurers with the aim of providing a single source of truth for all cash, payments, and risk activities.

Their continued growth has pointed to increasing demand for GTreasury’s integrated treasury and risk management system. The company’s customers recorded the highest transaction volume in GTreasury’s history during the first half of 2020, and GTreasury also saw a record number of renewed contracts and expanded deployments.

Additionally, GTreasury has improved its ease of use and recently implemented a business intelligence (BI) tool to improve visibility and reporting with the application. The company has also continued to grow its API library, further extending its ecosystem.

Gtreasury Risks and Challenges

With the completion of most integration activities, GTreasury is poised to accelerate product innovation in line with market demands. Real time payments for corporations are still in their initial stages, technology-wise, yet corporate treasurer's demands for faster payments are escalating. GTreasury's open architecture approach will serve it well as it will need to be flexible enough to adapt to changing technology requirements. Additionally, there are many unknowns with AI and the financial sector. Companies continue to be hesitant to rely on AI to make decisions that impact real results and it may take time for GTreasury's AI capabilities for auto-reconciliation, forecasting and fraud prevention to be fully adopted.

Gtreasury Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI

GTreasury’s ecosystem strategy helps customers create digital workflows across the corporate treasury value chain. Corporate treasurers have welcomed their innovative single solution strategy, and the company has grown to become the leading integrated treasury and risk management system. The partnership with Goldman Sachs Transaction Banking, building on the 2019 agreement with Goldman Sachs Asset Management are examples of how GTreasury leverages a true, fully integrated, single platform to provide unique end-to-end solutions for treasurers around the world. In addition, the expansion of their robust API library for internal and external connectivity, market data partnerships, such as the recently announced deal with FENICS MD, and existing relationships with SWIFT, Refinitiv, and others, provides corporate treasurers with the data they need to make real-time decisions.
