In February 2021, Iptor has acquired The Mesa Group, a long-standing Iptor Gold Partner. This acquisition is a significant step towards building a leading position in the Pharma distribution sector in the US, as well as strengthening its overall position in Distribution and Publishing.
In June 2021, Iptor has launched the Iptor.com cloud platform, signifying the company’s transformation to a pure-play, cloud-native software vendor.
In March 2020, Iptor and Nextway have signed a global partnership agreement, adding world-class enterprise document management capabilities to the complete Iptor suite of solutions. The strategic collaboration aims to accelerate the digital transformation of Iptor’s customers. As a seamlessly integrated add-on to Iptor’s flagship ERP suites, the Next® Enterprise Archive document management from Nextway will increase their efficiency in processing business documents of all kinds.
