PROACTIS Group Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions

In November 2021, PROACTIS Group partnered with Cegid, a major player in cloud management solutions and leader in SaaS, to be part of the deployment of the cloud-based, full-web ERP platform, Cegid XRP Flex. By integrating the Cegid marketplace, Proactis will benefit from an additional network of resellers who will be able to offer their customers additional modules for the selection and exchange of supplier information.

In May 2019, Proactis has partnered with The Social Value Portal to help ensure that social value is delivered in sourcing processes.The Social Value Portal (SVP) is an online solution that allows organizations to measure, manage and maximize the contribution that their organization and supply chain makes to society. The new partnership is providing both public and private sector organizations with the ability to include social value in their tenders and contracts utilizing the integration between Proactis and The Social Value Portal, making it visible and measurable in the tendering process and beyond into the management of the contract. The partnership already has mutual customers, and these customers provide the benchmark which others can now benefit from.

Building on a successful financial year ending July 2017 and a business transformative acquisition during August 2017 which doubled the size of the Group, Proactis continued to see significant strength for business transformation initiatives across a wide variety of vertical sectors including Public Sector, Education, Retail, Financial Services, Not-for-Profit, Housing Associations, and Property & Facilities Management.

The Group’s reported revenues decreased in 2020. This reduction in revenue is primarily due to net customer losses in the prior year.

PROACTIS Group Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI

In 2020, Proactis partnered with Agilyx, which means that Agilyx can identify where a customer has an unmet need, or has decided to make a change, that can be fulfilled by Proactis technology, and enable that customer to leverage additional value from their current ERP solution. This will include Agilyx providing Proactis Source-to-Contract, Marketplace and Invoice Capture solutions as part of its larger integration projects.

In July 2019 Proactis has formed a partnership with MRI Software, a global leader in real estate software solutions.The partnership offers a best-in-class procurement and spend management solution to MRI clients in the UK and wider EMEA region. The formal partnership will open up new opportunities for MRI clients to extend their solution to include contract management, distributed purchasing through a marketplace and automation of accounts payable, and Proactis customers can look forward to functionality and expertise that is specific to their sector.

Its Americas partners are ADR Enterprises Limited (Consultant), Business T;G (Reseller), NaviSite (Technology), Smart Solutions International (Reseller). Its APAC Partners are ADR Enterprises Limited (Consultant), Australia (Reseller), Kinetic Information Systems (Reseller). Its EMEA Partners are AdvanceNet (Reseller), Business T; G (Reseller), Eclipse UK (Reseller), LAKE (Reseller), Stanmore(Reseller), Touchstone (Reseller) and UNIT4 Business Software(Reseller).
