Resolver Recent Developments

In April 2021, Resolve launched its first AI-enabled incident reporting at its Live Launch Event. The suite is designed to reduce the time it takes to create incident reports, as well as improve data accuracy and cross-reference data to establish incident patterns. The report writer is expected to tell a story in a narrative fashion when creating the report — the AI engine will automatically recognize details such as key actors, companies, dates, times, places, etc. and query that information against an established database. In addition to its new AI-driven capabilities, Resolver also announced an Integration Platform as a Service offering with pre-built connectors that would allow its software to integrate more seamlessly with other enterprise tools such as Servicenow, Everbridge, Slack, and Salesforce.

In February 2020, Resolver launched Resolver 3.0 platform and applications for Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, IT Risk and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Compliance, Incident Management, Security Risk Management and Internal Audit.

In March 2018, Resolver launched three new applications for Corporate Security teams at its upcoming user event. The applications are built on Resolver's platform, which offers customers high scalability demanded by Resolver's largest global roll-outs, easy and extensive customization capabilities, a fresh user experience that can support any device on any platform, perfect for the mobile warrior, BYOD, and companies that support multiple desktop options.

Resolver Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In October 2017, Resolver finalized the acquisition of RiskVision Inc, further expanding its base of customers in key markets, and increasing its market position in the IT Risk and Compliance markets. RiskVision offers capabilities including Threat and Vulnerability Management, IT Risk, Vendor Risk, and Incident Management. Resolver Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions

The outbreak of the pandemic showed just how important risk mapping is. Such is the volume and variety of risk in modern business, any organization that is attempting to manage risk without the use of enterprise risk management software is only adding more risk to a growing portfolio. Not only does such software allow an organization to monitor and track the many threats that it is facing, but it also means it can assess the impact it might have on their business. The growing need for risk management presents an opportunity for Resolver to exponentially expand its client base.
