ShipMonk Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

ShipMonk is a cloud-based order and inventory management software that helps subscription box companies, startups, and eCommerce businesses streamline shipping and order fulfillment operations via a unified portal. The application enables organizations to manage packing processes and return activities using the multichannel eCommerce fulfillment service functionality. ShipMonk includes an inventory portal, which allows enterprises to view bestselling items, blacklist old stock-keeping units (SKUs), receive alerts for low inventory, and track stock levels across multiple sales channels. The platform allows administrators to automatically import order data, send automated notifications to customers, and monitor the status from placing of order to final delivery. Supervisors can also handle warehouses, fulfill orders by custom assignment rules, and add special projects based on delivery requirements.
