IDS provides equipment finance software for full equipment lease and loan lifecycle management from origination through asset management. This integration enables clients to seamlessly include audit results and data as part of their dealer management activities within the CALMS platform.
IDScloud innovations and security validation completed in Q1 of 2021 include IDScloud | DataStream: first customers now live receiving near real-time data – streamed securely to enable ongoing use in reporting, analytics, upstream integrations, Developer Portal: the first version now live enabling technical users to seamlessly leverage IDScloud’s integration capabilities (tools, sample apps, etc.) for build and test, IDScloud | Pricing Microservice: Full pricing solution for simple through multi-variable complex pricing structures designed to seamlessly integrate into any origination system, SOC 1 validation: IDScloud completed the six-month audit period receiving SOC 1® Type 2, SOC 2® Type 2 and SOC 3® validation.
In 2020, International Decision Systems launched a new IDScloud service which allows equipment finance companies in the U.S. to see portfolio risk correlated with COVID-19 infection rates and the location of financed assets. This visualization map provides a current view of hot spots allowing equipment finance companies to assess current portfolio risk, anticipate potential impacts and optimize customer outreach. The new IDScloud application is available for equipment financing firms with portfolios in the United States.

In October 2021, Stonebriar Commercial Finance (Stonebriar) has extended its relationship with Solifi as they provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology platform to support their back-office portfolio management and growth goals. Stonebriar, the largest private independent equipment financing firm in the U.S., has been a client of Solifi since Stonebriar’s inception in 2015 and since 2004 with the management’s former company. Stonebriar moved its portfolio management system to Solifi’s SaaS solution in March 2020.
At the beginning of 2020, IDS signed three new customers with a combined net asset value exceeding $4B. Two U.S. based lessors and one based in Mexico City. IDScloud™ portfolio management solution was also selected by SilverChef, an Australian innovator in equipment financing for the hospitality industry. In November 2018, North Star Leasing Company (NSL) has selected IDScloud to support its growing equipment leasing business.
IDS has a proven track record of serving more than 280 customers in over 34 countries around the world. Working closely with industry-leading providers, IDS optimizes integration capabilities for customers around the world. Thinksmart Limited chose the InfoLease 10 platform to underpin its future growth plans to build long term value by delivering innovative and differentiated financial products across the UK, National Bank, a long-standing customer of IDS upgraded to InfoLease 10. In October 2017, IDS has experienced unprecedented customer momentum for its InfoLease 10 portfolio management software platform including new customer IBERIABANK's Corporate Asset Finance Subsidiary and four additional go-lives in October alone.

In July 2021, IDS signed a strategic partnership agreement with Tamarack Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of digital transformation services and solutions for equipment finance. The partnership will capitalize on the increasing demand for IDScloud and accelerate the migration of equipment finance firms to the leading end-to-end SaaS solution for equipment finance.
Ivory Consulting Corporation and IDS made integration partnerships between their respective leading equipment financing solutions, SuperTRUMP and Rapport, uniting complex after-tax modelling and pricing with equipment lease and loan origination. Equipment finance companies around the world use SuperTRUMP to model and price complex after-tax transactions as well as rely on Rapport to manage originations, analytics and front office decision-making processes.
The integration of the two products allows users to model and price a deal in SuperTRUMP Desktop or SuperTRUMP Server and have the output automatically sent into the Rapport origination platform, thus eliminating the need for users to manually re-key their SuperTRUMP deal data into Rapport. The integration is especially useful when a customer requests a mid-term contract modification which includes repricing when speed and accuracy are critically important.

In June 2021, IDS appointed Brendan Gleeson as chief strategy officer. In this newly created executive position, Gleeson will play a strategic role in driving the company’s overall innovation focus. This role will include identifying industry and technology trends and translating them into strategic insights to expand value across the comprehensive solution portfolio.
