In June 2019 StayinFront released StayinFront Consumer Goods 12.24, which includes new features added to the TouchCG Admin Portal and TouchCG.

TouchCG Admin Portal is StayinFront’s operational back-office tool that drives efficiency by enabling system administrators to manage in-field and telesales teams and enables them to maximize the power of their system. The latest release adds new functionalities for administrators to seamlessly manage records from picklists on their new Master Data Management Dashboards. Consumer Goods 12.24 also provides further support for sales regions and cycle priorities with added capabilities resulting in actionable insights driven to these dashboards to help improve field force efficiency and effectiveness.

StayinFront TouchCG now supports camera scanning, with functionalities for a scan to search, scan to order, and scan to sequence using Bluetooth-connected laser scanners for Android – 12.6.0.x, iOS – 6.0.x, and Windows users. In-Grid Editing now supports updated default fields, including territory form, role form, in-store questions online grid, survey questions online grid, and schematic group form.

In September 2019, StayinFront partnered with Australian Liquor Marketers who has deployed its technology to increase field force effectiveness in Australia. The company will provide its mobile solution, TouchCG Advanced, to ensure ALM`s sales representatives are able to conduct more tasks in every store visit, plus its back-office tool, TouchCG Admin Portal, for ALM`s systems administrators to enable them to efficiently manage in-field teams.

In January 2018 StayinFront released StayinFront Life Sciences, which includes StayinFront Briefcase, an integrated and cost-effective content management solution.

StayinFront Briefcase is a user-friendly central repository that simplifies version control, content management and the distribution of compliant outbound messages and documents by field teams. Briefcase is integrated into the StayinFront TouchRx solution, providing sales reps the ability to view, select, and send approved materials from a library of messages during a detailed call. The integrated workflow allows reps to quickly disseminate approved, context-aware messages with the latest, most accurate information available.

In May 2017, StayinFront has expanded its footprint in the Australian drinks industry, adding SouthTrade International to its portfolio of clients. The mobile SaaS solution provides full CRM and retail execution functionality with real-time, integrated sales data to support on and off-premise merchandising and selling activities.

Using TouchCG, field reps will quickly perform distribution audits, create suggested orders based on inventory gaps or in-field opportunities, and submit perfect orders directly to wholesalers.
