In March 2020, BTC implemented Symphony RetailAI Warehouse Management. A major Slovenian third-party logistics provider, BTC, offers logistics services for the likes of leading gasoline retailer, Petrol, as well as well-known CPG manufacturers in the region Atlantic, Dr.Oetker, Bayersdorf, Zito, Pernod Ricard and more. In an effort to support its modernization and growing operations, BTC turned to Symphony RetailAI for warehouse management and Android-based voice solutions.

In May 2019, Symphony RetailAI made a global strategic alliance with Zebra Technologies, an innovator at the edge of the enterprise with solutions that enable businesses to gain a performance edge. In January 2020, Symphony RetailAI appointed Chris Koziol as CEO and a member of the company’s board of directors. Dr. Pallab Chatterjee, who previously served as CEO, has retired after a long career in technology, including several years at Symphony Technology Group.
