In March 2020, ModuleWorks and TOPSOLID have signed a partnership agreement that enables TopSolid to use ModuleWorks 5-axis machining components to speed up its software development and enhance the performance and functionality of its 5-axis solutions. The ModuleWorks components are designed for fast and seamless integration which helps TOPSOLID to accelerate product development and deployment. The TopSolid 5-axis solution with integrated ModuleWorks technology will be available in 2020 for selected TopSolid users and is scheduled for general release in 2021.

TopSolid Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In 2021, France headquartered Topsolid pursued its international growth strategy with the acquisition of two of its historical distributors in Belgium and the Czech Republic. These new acquisitions are part of the Topsolid 4.0 strategic plan, which aims to accelerate its international development and its product offering as part of the industry’s digitalisation.
In June 2019, the teams of TOPSOLID and DS ENGINEERING LLC (TopSolid reseller in Russia) form an alliance with the Russian NC lathe manufacturer Stankomashtroy. Stankomashtroy will use TopSolid CAD/CAM software for the production of its digital lathes and will distribute TopSolid software with these machines on the Russian territory, in order to offer users a perfect combination on the digital chain between a high-quality Russian lathe and a TopSolid integrated PDM-based CAD/CAM solution.
TOPSOLID has been present for a decade on the Chinese market through its subsidiary, also TOPSOLID signed new VARs : in India with Kraftech, in Chile with Faggioni, in Finland with NC-TUOTE.
