With this new release, S2K users can configure their own ERP applications based on each user's role, add social collaboration tools, integrate business intelligence dashboards, and leverage new mobile applications.
With the new HTML5 interface, customers can now run S2K Enterprise on any device with a modern web browser. In addition, the HTML5 version of S2K Enterprise provides easy communication with backend services using web sockets. VAI continued momentum for its S2K Mobile Suite of ERP applications. With seamless integration to VAI's S2K Enterprise solution, the Order Entry, Proof of Delivery, and Route Sales applications, respectively, enable users to improve overall customer communication, increase inventory accuracy, and optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, VAI also announced the availability of a mobile Point of Sale (POS) application.

In October 2020, VAI launched S2K 6.2, S2K 6.2 debuting new efficiencies and innovations around Warehouse Management, Supply & Demand Planning, Mobile applications, and Analytics as well as enhances integration between Marketing, Sales Force Automation, and eCommerce applications. With the latest additions to S2K 6.2, VAI also announced its new "On Cloud" branding to reflect the transition they are seeing from running ERP on premise to the cloud.
In September 2019, VAI launched an upgraded version of its flagship enterprise resource planning solution, S2K 6.1, which includes enhanced features such as advanced inventory management, integrated CRM and marketing, and enhanced analytics and mobile applications. In 2018, VAI added an additional data center to significantly increase the total capacity of its cloud, guaranteeing enhanced reliability, scalability, and security of business data to its growing customer base. The addition of a new data center further supports VAI customers by giving them the ability and support to scale up as they grow. This expansion increases the size and capacity of VAI's cloud, which enhances redundancy and ensures that all customer data is protected in the event of an outage or catastrophic event.

VAI made a partnership agreement with Avalara, a cloud-based sales tax and compliance automation technology provider. As a result of this partnership, VAI customers running S2K Enterprise will be able to use AvaTax, Avalara's cloud-based solution, to automatically calculate sales taxes owed on every invoice.
VAI signed a partnership with Preactor International, a Siemens company specialized in advanced planning and production scheduling software. As a result of this partnership, users of VAI's S2K ERP for manufacturing software will gain access to a flexible and configurable advanced planning and production scheduling platform.
VAI partnered with Configure One, a provider of web-based product configurator and CPQ (configure, price, quote) software. As a result of this partnership, users of VAI's S2K ERP for Manufacturing software will be able to implement a web-based configurator and quoting solution for their sales departments, distributors and end customers. By integrating with VAI's S2K software, Configure One allows existing VAI customers to leverage its product configurator technology via their existing data, and without double-entry.
VAI signed relationship with Comdata, an integrated financial solutions company that powers the payment platforms for some of the nation's brands. As a result of this relationship, users of VAI's S2K ERP software will gain access to integrated financial tools that enable organizations to better manage data, process transactions, and optimize spending on key business purchases.
