Aurea Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In August 2021, Aurea Software acquired XANT, Inc. (formerly InsideSales.com), a pioneer and recognized leader of guided sales engagement software with AI-powered buyer insights. XANT will become a pillar of Aurea’s future of commerce solutions portfolio in a quest to create B2C-like buying experiences for B2B transactions.
In May 2020, Aurea Software acquired BroadVision, a pioneer in complex document creation, management, and collaboration tools. The addition of BroadVision to Aurea’s extensive enterprise software library continues the company’s focus on strengthening its portfolio of offerings which all customers are entitled to access under their Aurea Unlimited single subscription plan.
