Avature presented the beta release of its semantic search module. The first version will be tested by a small group of customers beginning in October 2019, and will then be made available to all customers as an add-on to their existing ATS solution in the first quarter of 2019. The module, an important component of Avature’s evolving AI strategy, is primarily designed to improve matching of candidates to jobs by using their resume content to expand candidate search criteria based on semantic correlations.

In December 2017, unveiled the general availability of its Contingent Workforce solution, designed to allow companies to leverage the gig economy more efficiently. The solution, in combination with Avature’s CRM, ATS and Internal Mobility solutions, allows organizations to fully integrate contingent workforce development with existing talent acquisition and talent management practices. This allows customers to develop a total talent management (TTM) perspective of their organization.

Junction lets business analysts and other non-technical users set up and manage endpoints for easy integration with third-party systems. The “pluggable” nature of Junction’s custom endpoints, combined with Avature’s fully extensible data model and configurable workflows, will introduce a new dimension to Avature’s flexibility.
