In July 2020, Comarch assisted Ford in delivering and developing FordPass Rewards, the loyalty arm of Ford’s all-in-one consumer mobility app, FordPass. After initially launching in the United States in 2016, FordPass is now also live in Canada, China and select markets in Europe. Powered by Comarch Loyalty Management, FordPass Rewards Points can be earned in many ways, including the purchase or lease of a new retail Ford vehicle or qualifying Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from a participating dealer, activating and maintaining a FordPass Connect modem, having vehicles serviced and completing various digital brand activities.
In May 2020, Comarch rolled out a new CRM system for sales management in the corporate banking and SME segments. Comarch Relationship Manager Assistant is a mobile system for business client advisors, supporting them in their daily work through quick access to customer data and product knowledge base.
In January 2020, Comarch launched English version of its erp Optima system. The new functionality has been introduced to meet the needs of both Polish and non-Polish entrepreneurs who operate within an international and multilingual environment. The English version of the software is available as part of the basic license and can be used for no additional fees. To display the English interface, the user only needs to select a dedicated icon.

Comarch has taken a strategic decision to reinforce its presence in Asian countries and opened a company in Tokyo, Japan. Also, Comarch has inaugurated its first data center in France. Investment in own infrastructure is part of the company's strategy and is associated with plans to expand business operations within the French market.
Comarch strengthed its position in the customer loyalty and customer relationship management (CRM) segments in North America. The company becomes a shareholder of Thanks Again LLC, an American customer loyalty platform provider rendering its services all over North America. In its strategy, Comarch puts focus on organic growth; however, it does not exclude further acquisitions of smaller entities in the future.

In 2020, the business activities of the Comarch Group were significantly affected by the pandemic situation in the world related to the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 illnesses, which exerts an impact on the Comarch Group’s operations and also the financial standing of its customers and their demand for IT products and services.
In addition to selling its own products, Comarch maintains strong ties with vendors such as Microsoft reselling their products to customers in Poland and other countries. In 2012 its reselling division saw a 150% jump in revenues, while sales of its own proprietary applications fell 2%. Without the contributions from A-MEA, sales of its own proprietary applications were disappointing because of continued weakness in some European countries.
Having grown from a small IT shop to a leading tech vendor in Poland, the question facing Comarch is whether it plans to sell more of its intellectual property than reselling somebody else's products. Recently, Comarch has reached 100.000 customers in the Cloud.
