Talentia Software Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
Talentia Software's key differentiators lie in its innovative product portfolio, with a focus on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). With expertise in reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and intercompany reconciliation, Talentia stands out as a comprehensive solution provider.
Talentia Software Recent Developments
In June 2021, Talentia Software unveiled the latest version of Talentia CPM, aligning with the European ESEF standard. This innovation integrates primary statements and a "word add-in," facilitating regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the launch of Talentia Softskills in June 2020 showcased the company's foresight in addressing the evolving work landscape, allowing HR departments to assess optimal telework frequencies based on employees' soft skills.
The health crisis we are experiencing has undeniably and irreversibly changed the relationship at work. Almost 5 million French people have switched to teleworking overnight. At the end of 2019, they represented 30% of private-sector employees, a figure that should undeniably jump and never drop.
In the same month in 2020 Talentia launched the XBRL module integrated to its CPM solution.
With the launch of its XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) module, the publisher of Finance and HR management software for medium-size companies, Talentia Software is targeting listed companies to enable them to publish reports based on the XML standard. The XBRL module is integrated into the Consolidation offer. It allows to manage financial consolidation in a collaborative way in multi-standard and to respond to the latest regulatory changes. Reports in XBRL format are simply produced in compliance with the new ESEF regulatory standards with the updated taxonomy.
In 2018, the group generated a turnover of €70 million and employs 430 people. By 2022 Talentia plans to increase its turnover by 21% and triple its SaaS sales. Aims to expand through acquisitions to go beyond its French base, which now accounts for 75% of its business.
Talentia Software Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Activities
Talentia Software demonstrated strategic foresight in July 2018 by acquiring Addedo, a consultancy firm specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM). This move aligned with Talentia's vision to fortify its position in the CPM software market and solidify its status as a key European player.
