In April 2020, Verint announced today that its cyber intelligence solutions are being deployed to help organizations manage COVID-19 challenges. In May 2020, Verint has closed the first tranche under the two tranche investment agreement with funds advised by Apax Partners signed in December in connection with Verint’s plan to separate into two independent public companies.
