Bullhorn Strengths

Bullhorn is a provider of CRM and operations software for the staffing industry.

More than 7,000 staffing companies rely on Bullhorn's cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships, and power their recruitment processes from end to end.

After making its name in the staffing and recruiting market, Bullhorn has parlayed that success into the broader Customer Relationship Management applications market by focusing on areas such as customer insights analytics (Bullhorn Pulse) and sales force automation. In February 2016, Bullhorn released VMS Slingshot, a new offering within its highly successful VMS Access product that enables a closed-loop VMS integration and workflow solution, helping recruiting businesses dramatically increase the speed with which they initiate orders, submit candidates, and fill jobs through VMS, resulting in higher margins and increased revenue.
