GetSwift Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

GetSwift is a technology and services company that offers a suite of software products and services focused on business and logistics automation. We improve the delivery of goods and services for businesses and their customers around the globe with ecommerce and marketplace ordering, route optimization, cash management, workforce management, business intelligence and cloud and communications infrastructure.

GetSwift Recent Developments

Throughout the year, GetSwift enhanced their software platforms to improve reliability, security and performance. Just after the close of the fiscal year, GetSwift released a major new software feature called Fleets that enables clients to share drivers across store locations or even with other brands to meet growing delivery demands. A new PreScheduled Dispatching and Routing feature lets organizations enter hundreds of scheduled jobs, create delivery zones, and automatically dispatch and route daily jobs to drivers across their varied fleets. With businesses under increasing pressure to offer seamless delivery, these software tools enable clients to create their own driver networks rather than risk their customers’ business with costly third-party services.

GetSwift Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In February, the Company announced it had acquired a majority equity interest in Logo d.o.o. (‘Logo’), a European information and communications technology firm. This acquisition allowed GetSwift to offer its clients a suite of complementary services and products relating to data centers, communications infrastructure and information security, among others, and offer a “one-stop shop” for enterprise clients. At the request of Logo’s shareholders, Bane Hunter, GetSwift’s Chief Executive Officer, and Robert Bardunias, GetSwift’s Chief Operating Officer, were appointed Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of the Supervisory Board of Logo.

The Company continues to seek the most capital efficient manner to gain market share, increase its utilization by customers, and grow its revenue. The Company will continue to assess capital allocation by weighing options that include online sales, outbound sales, partnerships, and acquisitions.
