In July 2021, Gloat hired Jeff Schwartz, founding partner of Deloitte’s Future of Work Practice, as VP of Insights and Impact. In this role, Schwartz will apply his extensive industry experience to help shape Gloat’s product strategy moving forward, working closely with company leadership, customers, and internal teams to drive the growth and expansion of the company’s Talent Marketplace platform.
In August 2020, the Co-Founder & Former CTO of SAP SuccessFactors, Aaron Au, Joins Gloat as Chief Strategy Officer. Aaron brings more than two decades of experience in the HCM industry, having founded SAP SuccessFactors with Lars Dalgaard in 2001. They built SuccessFactors into the global leader in cloud-based HR software. In 2011 when they sold SuccessFactors to SAP for $3.4 billion, Au stayed on as Chief Technology Officer until early 2020.
