Harver Recent Developments
After acquiring Harver back in May 2021, digital hiring solutions provider Outmatch rebrands to Harver and continues to develop the hiring solution for hourly and professional roles. In March 2020, OutMatch offered a free program to support business continuity, the shift to virtual recruiting, and the hiring of fully-remote employees. To help organizations control the spread of Coronavirus while continuing to hire, OutMatch offers their full Video Interviewing solution free for 60 days. This solution supports virtual hiring in many ways, enabling talent teams to: Qualify, interview, and evaluate candidates 100% virtually, if needed; Minimize travel by identifying your best candidates to bring on-site; Maintain the human connection, especially when hiring is done remotely.
Harver Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
Outmatch acquired Amsterdam-based Harver, a provider of volume-hiring software. Previosly, in 2020, Outmatch acquired Checkster, which provides pre-hire and post-hire evaluations to employers around the world, and FurstPerson, which specializes in pre-hire simulations.
In 2019, OutMatch joined forces with The Devine Group to become one company under the name OutMatch. This deal brings together two exceptional companies, client bases, and product offerings to further strengthen OutMatch as the clear market leader in predictive talent analytics.
In December 2018, OutMatch acquired Wepow. The combination of OutMatch and Wepow made talent selection more human and personal.
