In April 2020, HRM Software introduced new functionality in their HRM system, with which documents such as employment contracts, employee interviews, job descriptions can be linked to people and employees, and be available to managers and employees. Documents can be marked as "employee documents" and have a strengthened authorization so that only employees and the immediate manager have access to the document.
In June 2019, HRM launched a signing service where companies can send employment contracts for signing with Mobilt BankID. The signing service has been developed in collaboration with Kivra, a leading Swedish supplier in digital mailboxes. HRM will be the first in the market to offer the service. The new signing service is simple and powerful, with the possibility of getting digital signatures with Mobile BankID regardless of whether the recipient is using Kivra or not.
