iCIMS Recent Developments

To support its growing enterprise customer base with complex, global, and high-volume hiring needs, iCIMS has made several strategic partnerships and developments in 2017. In terms of partnerships, iCIMS announced in June 2017 that it is partnering with ADP to become a featured integration within the company’s Marketplace. In September, iCIMS announced that it is the first ATS provider asked to participate in Google’s Cloud Job Discovery beta program, a new machine learning model focused on improving the recruitment efforts for hiring companies. iCIMS is also one of the first ATS providers to partner with Google on its improved job search experience. In Fall 2017, iCIMS introduced Streaming Connector as part of its Platform-as-a-Service framework, UNIFi, to support its growing enterprise customer base. Streaming Connector utilizes Streaming and REST APIs to provide bidirectional real-time data synchronization and thus support large-volume integrations from the iCIMS platform to HCM and ERP platforms as well as Data Warehouse and Data Analytics providers. iCIMS is the first provider in the recruitment technology industry to offer streaming API technology within its platform. iCIMS has further matured its UNIFi offering through enhancements to its Marketplace and developer resources. Overall, the Marketplace has shown much growth in the last year with more than 200 vendor products now available due to an average of ten new partners being added to the Marketplace every month. iCIMS’ globalization efforts have been illustrated throughout 2017 with the opening of a European Union (EU) data center, a new office in London, and the introduction of language packs. With data centers in the US, EU, and Canada, iCIMS provides international businesses with hosting options while upholding US-EU data transfer and compliance laws.
