In April 2021, K1 Investment Management purchased and merged Jobvite with JazzHR and NXTThing RPO. The three firms will be combined into a single business with Peter Lamson, CEO of JazzHR, serving as CEO for the combined company. In July 2020. Jobvite acquired Predictive Partner to accelerate AI innovation for talent acquisition. The combined company has 2,000 customers that include CDW, Ingram Micro, UMass Memorial Healthcare, Genuine Parts, and Panasonic.
