In April 2020, P&I had appointed a new management duo in Austria. Two industry experts, Sandor Andorko and Markus Fandler, will be tasked with the company's economic success. Sandor Andorko is moving from SAP to P&I, where he was most recently responsible as Chief Business Officer for business planning and the operational implementation of strategy and performance management. Markus Fandler was the Head of Operational IT at PORR AG since 2016 and was responsible for IT and data center operations as well as large parts of the digitization offensive.
In May 2018, P & I AG together with its partner KRZ Lemgo launched P & I LogaAll-in cooperative project. The two partners agreed to far-reaching cooperation as part of the launch of the P & I LogaAll-in digital HR platform. P&I Personal & Informatik Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In September 2021, P&I AG acquired the Austrian VRZ Group and strengthened its presence in Austria and Switzerland. VRZ Informatik is an IT system business working in basic infrastructure, software development, and payroll accounting based in Dornbirn, Austria. The acquired company will remain an independent unit, and the team of around 50 experienced employees will be completely kept.
P&I AG took over all shares in Iserlohn-based OP&V GmbH with retroactive effect from April 1, 2020. The company, which has existed for more than 50 years, specializes in the outsourcing of human resource management business processes and supports its customers as a strategic partner in the field of human resources. Well over a hundred companies from different industries rely on the experience and know-how of the HR expert, whose comprehensive full-service offer can be expanded with optional modules. With the takeover of OP&V GmbH, P&I AG has gained a strong team of over 50 employees who will be completely taken over. The management of OP&V GmbH and COHR Consulting GmbH will continue to lie with Mr. Konstantin Plümer and Mr. Nicolas Schwarzpaul and will be expanded by Mr. Vasilios Triadis, CEO of P&I AG. The previous managing director, Mr. Michael Plümer, will leave the management team at OP&V GmbH during the transition, but will also be available to the company in an advisory capacity in the future.
In September 2019, P&I AG acquired UBM-Drecker - Unternehmensberatung Microcomputer, a specialist provider for corporate reporting. With the takeover of UBM Drecker, P&I is not only gaining a team of highly motivated specialists but is also securing the product rights to the PERFIDIA system, which will be fully integrated into P&I products by the end of 2019. In addition to the PERFIDIA product, UBM Drecker also supplies around 400 customers with wage and salary software it has developed.

Hg, Europe's leading software investor, takes over the majority of Personal & Informatik AG ("P&I"), one of the leading European providers of cloud-based HR software based in Wiesbaden. The sellers are funds advised by the global private equity firm Permira, which will achieve an enterprise value of EUR 2 billion with the transaction. Permira remains invested in P&I with a significant minority stake. The transaction is the fourth investment by the Hg Saturn 1 fund, launched in early 2018, which specializes in software companies with an enterprise value of more than GBP 1 billion.
