Sprinklr is a unified customer experience management platform for enterprises. It provides social media marketing, social advertising, content management, collaboration, advocacy and social media monitoring for large brands like Nike, Microsoft and McDonald's. In January 2018, Sprinklr introduced Social DMP (data management platform) and Predictive Budget Allocation within Sprinklr’s Advertising Cloud to maximize the impact of the social advertising. With this introduction, the world’s largest brands have an easier way to reach the right consumers with relevant ads and ensure optimal ad budgets without leaving Sprinklr’s unified platform.
