In October 2019 SwipeClock unveiled its embeddable clock as an enhancement to its PrismHR integration. PrismHR users are able to use the embeddable time clock in their dashboard through a single sign on. The integration of TimeWorksPlus and PrismHR provides robust timekeeping and scheduling capability connected to payroll and HR. Both companies showcased the integration together in June this year.
SwipeClock Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In January, 2019 SwipeClock acquired ApplicantStack, a leader in applicant tracking software for small to mid-sized businesses and recruiters. Its products ApplicantStack Recruit and ApplicantStack Onboard extend the SwipeClock product line to add efficiency to recruiting and hiring processes. The software is sold as a subscription for administrators and hiring managers. More than 2000 customers have subscribed.

SwipeClock Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In May 2018, SwipeClock lanched the WorkforceHUB, a cloud-based portal for payroll and HR-related information, including timekeeping, scheduling, new employee onboarding, employee engagement and process automation. The release follows completion of an early access program that allowed several partners and their clients to try out WorkforceHUB prior to general availability.
