Findly and its sister company Hodes, both of which are owned by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group, have been attacking the HCM apps market from different anglees with the former focusing on recruiting and the latter employer branding. Findly has also been giving away its HIVE assessment tool in order to help drive sales of its full suite of talent acquisition apps.

This solution includes automated email campaigns, personalized content marketing, skill assessments and integration with application tracking systems.“ST Engage”-  completes the cycle by actively engaging the employees and converting them into advocates.

In November 2016 Symphony Technology Group acquired Bond International, a UK-based staffing and recruitment software provider.

Bond International Software sold its recruitment software subsidiaries for the cash consideration of £24.1 million.

In a statement revealing the acquisition, STG said it plans to invest in innovation, adding “significant” customer value in Bond’s AdaptUX recruitment software platform.

AdaptUX is a staffing and recruitment software system that could be delivered via the cloud or OnPremise.

Meanwhile William Chisholm, MD and chief investment officer at STG, said adding Bond International Software to its HCM portfolio further strengthens its ability to deliver a highly differentiated offering to these companies’ customers.
