Talentia Software Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

Talentia Software is an international supplier of business software solutions specializing in Corporate Performance Management (reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and intercompany reconciliation) and Human Capital Management (HR, talent management, and payroll).

Talentia Software Recent Developments

In June 2021, Talentia Software launched the new version of Talentia CPM fully compliant with the European ESEF standard. The new version of Talentia CPM integrates the 5 mapped primary statements and a “word add in” (which can be used as an RFA), integrating the 5 primary statements as well as the notes.

In June 2020, Talentia launched Talentia Softskills to evaluate the optimal telework frequency for each employee.

Because not everyone is equipped to be efficient in teleworking, Talentia Software allows HR departments to evaluate the frequency of teleworking for each employee according to their soft skills. With the launch of its new Talentia Softskills offer, developed in association with MPF, HR managers can manage priorities for returning to the office and identify people who may be in difficulty.

The health crisis we are experiencing has undeniably and irreversibly changed the relationship at work. Almost 5 million French people have switched to teleworking overnight. At the end of 2019, they represented 30% of private-sector employees, a figure that should undeniably jump and never drop.

In the same month in 2020 Talentia launched the XBRL module integrated to its CPM solution.

With the launch of its XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) module, the publisher of Finance and HR management software for medium-size companies, Talentia Software is targeting listed companies to enable them to publish reports based on the XML standard. The XBRL module is integrated into the Consolidation offer. It allows to manage financial consolidation in a collaborative way in multi-standard and to respond to the latest regulatory changes. Reports in XBRL format are simply produced in compliance with the new ESEF regulatory standards with the updated taxonomy.

In 2018, the group generated a turnover of €70 million and employs 450 people. By 2022 Talentia plans to increase its turnover by 21% and triple its SaaS sales. Aims to expand through acquisitions to go beyond its French base, which now accounts for 75% of its business.

Talentia Software Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In July 2018 Talentia Software, acquired IT consultancy firm Addedo specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) services and applications. This acquisition is an integral part of Talentia Software’s strategy to extend its lead in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software and become a key European player on this market.
