In November 2021, Community Brands has completed the acquisition of ProSoft Solutions, a leading software and service provider exclusively for nonprofit and government entities across North America. ProSoft serves organizations through the implementation and training of clients on the acclaimed MIP Fund Accounting system and its suite of complementary products. In April 2019, Community Brands has acquired Attendee Interactive, a Maryland-based company specializing in conference planning and event management. The integrated software and services offered by Attendee Interactive address several needs of conference planners and organizers. The company provides content solutions for managing event websites, speakers, session abstracts, and continuing education accreditation. During the year 2019, Community Brands acquired event technology firms Core-apps and TripBuilder Media, bringing in new capabilities for exhibitor management, speaker and abstract management, and mobile attendee experience. In November 2021, Community Brands has signed a definitive agreement with Reverence Capital Partners (RCP) for a majority investment in Ministry Brands. As part of the transaction, Nashville, Tenn.-based Ministry Brands will spin off as a stand-alone company from parent company Community Brands with “material rollover investment” from its former parent. Ministry Brands had a close to $100 million run-rate earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.
