In March 2020 Crelate released improved client engagement capabilities with enhanced submittals and our new Client Portal. The new Client Portal is available to all Business level and higher customers at no additional cost. Customers may also upgrade to a higher-level Client Portal License to unlock additional limits and functionality.

Crelate Inc. Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In August 2019 Crelate integrated with Zapier, an online automation tool that connects Crelate Talent with over 1,300 business apps such as Gmail, Slack and MailChimp. This integration between the two applications can alleviate repetitive recruiting tasks by automating processes and eliminating unnecessary manual steps.
In March 2019 Crelate raises $5.3M from Five Elms, a venture capital firm in Kansas City to grow engineering centre just outside Seattle. The new funding builds off of a $1.2 million round the company closed in early 2017. Crelate plans to grow its 21-person team and double down on sales with the fresh cash.
In April 2019 Crelate launched its newest mobile recruiting app – Crelate Connector. The Crelate Connector mobile app empowers recruiters with new mobile recruiting capabilities, so they can focus on making real connections with the best industry talent at any time, from anywhere.
In June 2018, Crelate launched Text Messaging by Crelate, allowing recruiters to reach and engage with contacts through texts. Texts can be sent directly from a Crelate account on a desktop or with the Crelate Connector mobile app. Text Messaging by Crelate is available to Crelate customers as an add-on to their existing subscription. The new texting feature has been specially designed to help recruiters multi-task and easily manage multiple text conversations in one place. The improved capabilities will save time, reduce redundant tasks, and help busy agencies better engage with more candidates.
