iCIMS Recent Developments

In early 2022, iCIMS unveiled the general availability of its new internal mobility solution, iCIMS Opportunity Marketplace as well as its AI-powered job matching and digital assistant capabilities that intelligently connect people with the right jobs, using the patented ensemble stacking method to improve accuracy and reduce bias.

In July, 2022, the company introduced iCIMS Insights+ and iCIMS Insights Advisor subscription programs to provide a deeper look into industry trends, real-time changes in the market and opportunities to connect with the greater talent community.

In May, iCIMS announced a collaboration with Microsoft. The partnership paves the way for future collaboration, starting with an API-based integration to facilitate end-to-end talent management between iCIMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources. In July , Microsoft announced iCIMS as one of the first integration partners to help build an enriched Microsoft Teams experience, giving users more options to collaborate and interact virtually. iCIMS now partners with four of the 10 largest HR software companies in the world.

Also in May, iCIMS acquired Opening.io, an Ireland-based data science company that powers best-in-class artificial intelligence for talent, and launched a new AI solution that delivers speed and precision for building transformative, diverse workforces at scale. June marked the first monthly edition of the iCIMS’ Insights report, which translates billions of data points into a powerful center of actionable insights to drive hiring strategies.

In October, iCIMS announced a brand refresh to better reflect the evolving needs of the marketplace and communicate the full value of what iCIMS provides to customers. iCIMS also announced a new, robust customer community – the largest in recruitment.

Throughout 2020, iCIMS strengthened its senior leadership team. Steve Lucas, the former CEO of Marketo, who led its acquisition by Adobe in 2018, joined as iCIMS’ CEO in March.
