In early 2020, iCIMS began to roll out ignite. The next generation user experience is intuitive, powerful, and allows users to take action from any device.
In February, iCIMS joined Ceridian’s Dayforce Software Partner Program which includes a seamless integration between iCIMS’ Talent Cloud and Ceridian’s human capital management platform.
The iCIMS Service and Advisor Partner Community launched in March. The program is comprised of industry experts who can help guide the strategic use of iCIMS’ Talent Cloud and all its features in the most efficient way for each unique organization. The experts are hand-picked by the iCIMS team and must complete a certification program so customers can begin to elevate their efforts quickly, and with world-class support.
In May, iCIMS announced a collaboration with Microsoft. The partnership paves the way for future collaboration, starting with an API-based integration to facilitate end-to-end talent management between iCIMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
