Workforce Optimization is an offering that enables clients to realize the economic and agility benefit of engaging with independent talent via a curated direct sourcing strategy by providing an alternative channel to legacy supply chain options. Talent Pools help clients build known, curated talent into their direct sourcing programs that align to current and anticipated needs. The Virtual Bench offering is designed to enable clients to create pre-vetted talent groups that can engage very quickly, removing friction from onboarding while allowing clients to be extremely responsive to their resourcing needs. In September 2020, MBO acquired MindSumo, an open innovation platform based out of Durham, N.C. MindSumo added 1M+ GenZ and Millennial talent to the MBO platform, as well as open innovation capabilities.
