PayScale Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In September 2022, Payscale acquired Agora Solutions Inc. This move enhances Payscale's robust portfolio, integrating Agora's innovative total rewards and offering communication capabilities. In August 2021, declared the acquisition of CURO Compensation Ltd., a Scotland-based firm that also sells compensation software. The deal comes six months after Payscale merged with Payfactors, another compensation data management company. Nearly all 50 employees at CURO will join Payscale, which now serves 10,000 customers and more than half of the Fortune 500.
In March 2021, Seattle-based compensation data and technology company PayScale is merging with Payfactors, a compensation data management company based in the Boston area, joining forces in a new effort to capitalize on growing demand from corporate leaders grappling with issues of employee pay equity and remote work.
