In March 2017 Qualtrics launch the experience management or XM Platform. It is a single system of record for all experience data, also called X-data, allowing organizations to manage the four core experiences of business—customer, product, employee and brand experiences—on one platform for the first time. Several months later Qualtrics launched Qualtrics iQ, a proprietary predictive intelligence and machine learning engine that is a core integration with the XM Platform. It is made up of three parts: Stats iQ, Text iQ and Drive iQ. Its express goal is to bring the power of data science to the masses. The platform can automatically processing massive amounts of text in seconds analyzing sentiment and pulling out key trends.
